Which functions are the most valuable?

“The ease of scheduling. Scheduling services, planning preventive and corrective maintenance. The functions that allow the customer to access and review the status of their services are highly valued; they are very important. The customer experience has improved significantly. Customers really value it and have given us that feedback. They especially like how they receive the maintenance results and the speed as well. Receiving the status of your facilities immediately is very valuable and allows corrective action to be taken much more quickly when needed.”

What advantages do you find in working with Protecnus?

“It allows us to stay directly connected with the technician. To know where they are, what they are doing, what time they arrived, whether they completed the work, whether the service is being carried out or has already been completed. That is what ultimately makes the work easier and gives us an extra advantage.”

“From the point where planning is already done in advance, entered into the software ahead of time, and knowing a month in advance what I need to do, it allows me to plan the tools, materials, and everything else required. That already means time savings and efficiency in every sense.”
